Joel Tapia CPA, CMA, MBA

Our CEO & Founder, is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Also, he has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a major in Finance. He is an accomplished, qualified and result oriented professional with over 13 years of experience in public accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial audits, among others, including Private and Public Companies.

He also proudly serves as part of the Board of Directors for the Young Kingz Foundation, a Non For Profit Organization founded by the rapper and singer Myke Towers, and which focus is to empower young people through sports, promoting the integral development and well-being of communities.

Mr. Gonzalez is a highly skilled accounting professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting who brings to our firm a wealth of experience to the table. With a proven track record in diverse industries such as hospitality, food distribution, restaurants, project management, and services, Gabriel possesses a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and regulatory compliance. His expertise encompasses a wide range of accounting functions, including Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping, Payroll Processing and Administrative Tasks.

Helen M. Córdova De Jesús is an outstanding professional in the Human Resources field, with more than 16 years of experience in the sector. She holds a Master's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, as well as various certifications including Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Coach issued by the International Coaching Federation.

Her career and contributions in the field led her to be recognized in the year 2021 as part of the "40 under 40" list, highlighting her significant impact on the business community. In addition, she has managed to be recognized as part of the Best Employers Awards, underlining her commitment on best practices in talent management and Human Resources.

Our Data & Business Analyst is a professional with over 15 years of experience in data analysis and process automation, Mr. Rivera specializes in delivering customized technological solutions to small businesses seeking to streamline their operations and make smarter, data-driven decisions. Mr. Rivera holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), along with multiple certifications in Python, which validate his advanced skills in developing automated solutions and handling complex data processing tasks. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with small business owners and management teams, offering a professional, results-oriented service tailored to each client’s unique needs.

His professional approach combines deep technical knowledge with strategic business insight.
